MOPS is a gathering place for moms with young children (birth through kindergarten) that offers connections, community, resources and support. MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) exists to meet the needs of every mom—urban, suburban and rural moms, stay-at-home and working moms, teen, single and married moms—moms with different lifestyles who all share a similar desire to be the very best moms they can be!
The Alamosa MOPS meets every 1st & 3rd Wednesday's of the month, September - May at LWBF from 9-11am.
The yearly meetings include:
- Insightful speakers
- Small mom-to-mom discussion groups
- Mentoring and guidance by seasoned mothers
- Creative activities and crafts
- Quality, loving childcare (MOPPETS)
- Yummy refreshments
- Relaxing fellowship
