In the context of authentic relationships (self-disclosure, caring, serving, accountability) we explore God's truth (through Bible studies, DVD curriculums, questions based on Sunday's sermon text, etc) and strive together for. The end goal isn't that you and I would be better understood or heard (can't be reduced to a support group). The end goal is that we would be changed into men and women who are Christlike in our character and behavior. The E-Group you attend can be said to be successful if the people in the group become more like Jesus in character and behavior.
