Someone who is serious about pursuing a relationship with Christ, who has a good reputation as a person of character and trustworthiness, who is also passionate about helping other become mature followers of Jesus, would be an excellent candidate for E-Group facilitator. We are not looking for someone who walks on water, just people with a pastoral heart, who love to get people talking and applying God's truth to real life situations.
